Each module is video-recorded for you to play and practice at your own pace from anywhere. Upon registering, you’ll receive a welcome info with a link and password to access the course homepage, and from there, you can access all modules immediately.


I’m not a teacher or a caretaker. Should I sign up?

You do not have to be an educator or caretaker to join us! Anyone who craves an atmosphere where you can relax and nourish the body, mind, and spirit should sign up.

With each session, you’ll experience 60+ minutes of asana practice, meditation, mudra, pranayama, and guided journaling with reflection prompts to complete at your own pace, weekly.


Wifi connection, a computer or smart device, a journal, pens, a yoga mat and props, an open heart.


As this is a self-paced, virtual course, no refunds will be given. You will have lifetime access to the course, so there’s no need to worry if you don’t finish the course in the 6-consecutive weeks.
