Corporate Yoga
Studies have found that yoga can reduce stress and improve focus in the workplace, so what better way to prioritize the wellbeing of your team than through on-site yoga classes.
I’ve worked with various companies over the years to bring yoga to their employees to enhance well-being, mitigate burnout, and support employees in feeling more balanced in body, mind, and spirit.
What I offer:
On-Site Yoga Classes ($200/hr) - 30, 45-, or 60-minute sessions combining yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Yoga sessions can be facilitated on either weekly, bi-weekly, or a monthly basis, and are customized to the unique needs of your company and employees. Sessions are suitable for all levels, and include yoga asana (physical postures), breathwork, and meditation.
Weekly Virtual Mindful Moments ($100/month) - 10-minutes of guided breathwork or meditation at a designated time each week, for your team. Minimum 3-month commitment.
2-Hour On-Site Wellness Workshop ($400) - A structured presentation on strategies to cultivate work / life balance OR self-care. These sessions provide employees with bite-size yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices they can easily incorporate into their work day. Includes journaling, reflection, and small group discussion.
