Private yoga sessions offer an opportunity to deepen your practice through personalized instruction tailored to your unique goals. Whether you’re new to yoga, or looking to build strength, relieve stress, or improve flexibility, I’d be honored to work 1:1 with you!

Private Session offerings

Private sessions are offered either as single sessions, or as a 4-pack of sessions. The benefit of working 1:1 together is that we can deep dive into specific elements of your practice. While one session is helpful, if you have long-term goals for your practice, I highly recommend purchasing a 4-pack of sessions so we can go in-depth as you build new ways of being and moving.

Pricing

Single Session: $150/60-minutes + travel fee if outside of Baltimore City

4-pack of Sessions: $500 / 4 60-minute sessions + one time travel fee if outside of Baltimore City (you save $100)

 

How It Works

Private sessions can take place in-person at your home, workplace or gym, or virtually. If you don’t have a space that works for private sessions but would like to work with me in-person, I am able to rent a space in Towson for a small additional fee.

Purchase your sessions using the button below. At checkout, you’ll be prompted to answer a few questions and sign a waiver. Please be sure to read all information and review all policies carefully.

Once I’ve received all of your information, I’ll be in touch with a link to my calendar to schedule your session(s), and ask any follow-up questions.
