Join me, Emily Fleming, RYT500, at The Fox Den in Exton, PA, about 2-hours from Baltimore, for a day-long winter retreat!
Winter get's a bad rap, but it can provide us with so much wisdom is we make the time to slow down, listen, and honor it. It's a season of going inward, of connecting with nature and ourselves, of shoring up our reserves so that we emerge in the spring with clarity of vision and embodiment of spirit.
Through movement, contrast therapy, journaling, and time in nature, we'll tap into the wisdom of winter to nurture our minds, bodies, and spirits.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
