Antiracism and Social Justice Resources and Teachers

The following is a non-comprehensive list of antiracism and social justice resources and teachers that I’ve been learning from and engaging with, as I work to make my allyship more focused on radical action. I encourage you to support, learn from, and engage with the content, teachers, articles, and organizations listed below.

Organizations to Support:

EJI-Equal Justice Initiative- a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides legal representation to people who have been illegally convicted, unfairly sentenced, or abused in state jails and prisons.

BEAM- Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective

Reclamation Ventures- an impact investing fund investing in the development and growth of underestimated entrepreneurs in wellness

The Loveland Foundation - started by Rachel Cargle in 2018, they “bring opportunity and healing to communities of color, and especially to Black women and girls. Through fellowships, residency programs, listening tours, and more, ultimately we hope to contribute to both the empowerment and the liberation of the communities we serve.”
