New Year, (Re)new You: A Perinatal Restorative Yoga Series

As the hustle and bustle of the holidays wind down, winter offers us a unique opportunity to pause, reflect, and renew.

It’s a season where nature slows down, and we’re invited to do the same—to shed what no longer serves us, nurture ourselves from within, and create space for growth and possibility in the months ahead.

This January, give yourself the gift of deep restoration with New Year, (Re)new You, a 4-week perinatal restorative yoga series thoughtfully designed for pregnant and postpartum parents.

Led by Womb Room yoga teacher Emily Fleming (RYT500 and CPYT), this series is the perfect way to prioritize your well-being and cultivate the grounding and ease you deserve.

Each class is carefully curated to help you reset and recharge. Through calming breathwork and supportive restorative yoga postures, you’ll gently release tension, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner strength.

Whether you're navigating the transformative experience of pregnancy or adjusting to the demands of life with a new baby, this series will meet you where you are and guide you toward a place of balance and renewal.

Dates: Tuesdays, January 14th–February 4th

Time: 6:00–7:00 PM (on Zoom)

Pricing: $100 for the full series or $30 per drop-in
