I’m so excited to be offering a 60-minute all levels yoga class at Serene Lavender Farm, located just a short drive from Baltimore City in Sykesville, MD.

Join me for an hour of slow-flow asana and pranayama amidst the lavender fields with poses designed to help you drop into a space of calm, ease, and serenity.

All participants will receive a sachet of lavender harvested from the farm with their ticket.
