Join me for a 60-minute all levels slow flow class at Juniper Farm in Pikesville. In each class, you'll be guided through a series of yoga postures and pranayama (breathwork) practices designed to leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated. Come connect to yourself, your breath, and your surroundings as you practice amidst nature and among community. 

Herbal tea will be available during and after class for you to enjoy (BYO cup). Please bring your own mat and pack for the elements (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, a sweater, etc...) as practice takes place outdoors. 

Class will have rain dates as there is no indoor option. Tickets are non-refundable, but will be honored in the future if a class cancellation must occur due to weather. Tickets are not refundable if you miss class. If you know that you can no longer make it, please reach out to Juniper Farm and we can work on a solution together.
