What does the Sweat Crawl: Self Care Series entail?

The Sweat Crawl Self Care Series will highlight a new gym each month with a full body workout at their location. This will be followed by a rooftop yoga session taught by me (!), an exhilarating contrast therapy session, and a rooftop No Shower Mocktail Hour at The Loft!

This is the best new way to get active, make new friends, and practice self care in Baltimore City. It’s the perfect opportunity to try something new at some of Baltimore’s top studios and gyms. The Sweat Crawl is for participants of all skill and fitness levels – whether you use it as a starting point or just want to switch up your regime! 

What is it like?

Crawlers will run, jog, walk, jump, crawl from their 30 minute workout to The Loft + SaunaFit. Each month will feature a workout at a different studio/gym in the Canton/Brewers Hill/Highlandtown area.

At The Loft + SaunaFit, crawlers will indulge in a relaxing 30 minute rooftop (with an AMAZING view) yoga session (mats included) with Emily Fleming Yoga then enjoy mocktails on the roof while they take turns participating in a contrast therapy session including a sauna and cold plunge!

After crawlers complete their plunge, they can change into dry clothes to continue enjoying some complementary mocktails on The Loft + SaunaFits' beautiful rooftop with a full view of Baltimore City. Crawlers will also have access to discounted IV infusions by Vita Nova Wellness Clinic during our happy hour!

Our Route:

Each month will feature a different gym. This month (May 17) we are lucky enough to be crawling to workout at PEAK Performance right next door to The Loft + SaunaFit! Less crawling, more recovery :). The crawl is rain or shine!
