Yoga and Self-Care for Educators and Caretakers” was my first time attending a virtual offering with Emily and it was absolutely crucial for me this Spring. I loved being able to attend the practice live with others across the world AND being able to continue the practice on my own with the recordings in the weeks afterwards has been invaluable. Although I have been in the mental health field for over five years and thought I previously had a strong grasp on the meaning of self-care, Emily’s journal prompts, conversations, and guided practice have expanded my understanding and enabled me to have a stronger practice both for myself and for others.
