S.T.R.O.N.G. - A 6-Week Virtual Prenatal Series (DROP-IN ONLY)

Join me, Emily Fleming, RYT500 and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, for this 6-week online prenatal yoga series.

Pregnancy is often seen as a weakness in our society, but in this series, we’ll focus on all of the ways that pregnancy allows us to tap into different elements and qualities that make us S.T.R.O.N.G.

We’ll focus on a different element each week.

S - Strengthen (Week 1)

T- Trust (Week 2)

R - Release + Receive (Week 3)

O- Open (Week4)

N - Nurture (Week 5)

G - Ground (Week 6)

Each 75-minute class will open with a pranayama (breathwork) practice and opening meditation then. We’ll then move into a short check-in for you to connect with other participants and share more about where you on in your pregnancy journey. After our check-in, we’ll move into an asana practice that melds active posture with passive and restorative postures, designed to leave you feeling strong, supported, and at ease.

Dates: Mondays, April 28th-June 9th (no class on 5/5 or 5/26)

Time: 7:30-8:45pm ET
